My Story

Michele Biscossi has been an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for 26 years in critical care and interventional radiology.

In 2020 Michele began baking. Initially her business was “CakePopNurse,” however she became BiscossiBakes in 2021. Michele enjoys baking when she is not working in her nurse practitioner role.

She specializes in French Macarons, cake pops, brownies, cupcakes, cookies, hot chocolate bombs, and rice crispie treats.

Her cousins own ByGiannaBakery and ItalianMamasBakery. They are her constant support and role models as she continues to evolve in her baking role
